I had an really good stay at Cervo! My room in Chalet IV was spacious, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Any request I had was promptly taken care of. The breakfasts were delicious and served with great attention to detail. The apres ski on the terrace was the best in town, offering a festive atmosphere and enjoyable music. The hotel was also impressively quiet at night.

We had the best experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main ski mountain and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were bright and spacious, with clever design elements. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a mix of trendy and authentic Swiss/Valaisan options. We especially loved the access to the spa zone, where we could relax after a day on the slopes.
Although the hotel had a lively après-ski atmosphere, the daily afternoon music on the terrace below the rooms could be quite loud, which made it difficult to enjoy the afternoon sunshine on the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Joshua, was helpful and attentive. The location on the hillside at the end of the Rothorn slopes provided amazing views, and the rooms were amazing. We loved that the minibar had free soft drinks daily, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The breakfast was on par with the best restaurants we've been to.

This hotel is an absolute luxury haven, offering exclusive amenities that truly make the stay unforgettable. the sun terrace and garden area provide stunning panoramic views of the mountains, while the spa and wellness centre offer a variety of services such as sauna, steam room, and massage. the in-room breakfast is a delightful way to start the day. the catering service is also exceptional with fine dining options available.
The only minor issue was that the room was slightly small, but with such stunning surroundings and luxurious features, it wasn't much of a problem. this hotel is a top choice for those seeking peace and quiet in a convenient location with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel.
